As a mother of two boys it is so important that I keep them active as wel as feeding them healthy food. It is not always easy, after a long day of work it is faster to stop and grab some fast food. But what we forget is that all that process food is bad for our kids as well as bad for our pockets. we would rather spen between $20 - $25 on fast food then cook a home cooked meal. Our children thank us when we think about their growth. So let's stop feeding our kids the wrong foods and take he time to feed them the right foods. We are the key to stopping childhood obesity. We must lead by example. So parents that means cutting out all the goodies you like but want give the kids. Stop using food as a reward for your children it will only make them depend on food. Food should be fun.
